This Strawberry, Cherry, Chocolate Smoothie is one of my favorites is great for breakfast or lunch and super quick and easy!
Vegan Strawberry Cherry Chocolate Smoothie
-1 cup of unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk
-1 cup of frozen strawberries
-1/2 cup of frozen cherries
-sweeten with coconut sugar or stevia
-a couple drops of vanilla extract (only one or two!)
(optional-a handful of ice cubes- recommended if you are using fresh fruit and not frozen)
Dark chocolate sauce-I mix 1-2 T dark cocoa powder and 1T almond milk(you can adjust the amount of milk depending on how thick you like it) with a drop of vanilla (vanilla enhances the flavor)
a pinch of salt
1 T coconut sugar
mix it all in a microwave save cup
heat the sauce in the microwave for 10 seconds, until it starts to boil, stir and let it cool and drizzle it over your yummy smoothie
